1. Introduction

2. Registration and Account

- Comply with all child safety requirements and standards outlined in these Terms.
- Immediately report any suspected child safety violations through the in-app reporting mechanism.
4. Content Policy
- Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you post on our App. However, by posting content, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, and distribute your content.
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or display. Blinkcraft is not responsible for any content shared by its users or any repercussions that may arise from it.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that violates our Child Safety policies, including any CSAE or CSAM content as defined in Section 6 and 7.
5. Age Verification and Minor Protection
Meet People Video Dating Apps by Blinkcraft is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We strictly prohibit minors from using our platform. By using this App, you certify that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You will not allow any minor to access your account
- You will not interact with or contact minors through our platform
- You will not misrepresent your age or the age of others
Users who violate age requirements will have their accounts immediately terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.
6. CSAE Prohibited Conduct
Zero Tolerance Policy: Blinkcraft maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting children and creating a safe environment free from exploitation and abuse.
Explicitly Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:
- Grooming: Any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, including establishing trust or emotional connection with exploitative intent
- Sextortion: Threatening to share sexual images or information about a minor to coerce them into providing sexual content or engaging in sexual activities
- Child Sex Trafficking: Recruiting, harboring, transporting, or obtaining minors for commercial sexual exploitation
- Solicitation: Requesting or encouraging minors to engage in sexual activities or to provide sexual content
- Inappropriate Contact: Any communication with minors that is sexual in nature or seeks to establish an inappropriate relationship
- Facilitating Abuse: Helping others to contact, exploit, or abuse minors
- Sexualized Content Involving Minors: Creating, sharing, or promoting any content that sexualizes minors
User Obligations: All users agree to:
- Immediately report any suspected CSAE activity through our in-app reporting mechanism
- Not engage in any behavior that could be construed as grooming or exploiting minors
- Not solicit, share, or request CSAM
- Cooperate with investigations into CSAE violations
Enforcement Actions: Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Reporting to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
- Preservation of all evidence for law enforcement investigation
- Full cooperation with criminal investigations and prosecutions
- Possible civil and criminal legal action
7. CSAM - Zero Tolerance
Definition and Prohibition: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor. This includes but is not limited to:
- Photographs, videos, or digital images depicting minors engaged in sexual acts
- Computer-generated images or AI-generated content depicting minors in sexual situations
- Any visual material that sexually exploits children
- Content that appears to depict minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, regardless of whether actual minors were involved in production
Absolute Prohibition: The possession, creation, distribution, sharing, viewing, downloading, or uploading of CSAM is:
- Strictly prohibited on our platform
- Illegal under federal and international law
- Subject to severe criminal penalties including imprisonment
- Grounds for immediate account termination and law enforcement reporting
Detection and Response: Blinkcraft employs multiple methods to detect and prevent CSAM:
- Automated detection systems using hash-matching technology
- Content moderation and human review
- User reporting mechanisms
- Proactive monitoring and investigation
- Collaboration with industry partners and law enforcement
Mandatory Reporting: Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, we will immediately:
- Remove the content from our platform
- Terminate the account(s) of involved users
- Preserve all evidence in a secure manner consistent with NIST Cybersecurity Framework standards
- Report the incident to NCMEC's CyberTipline at www.cybertipline.org within the timeframe required by law
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Take steps to prevent further distribution
Legal Compliance: We comply with all applicable laws regarding CSAM reporting, including:
- 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A (Reporting requirements of providers)
- The REPORT Act (Revising Existing Procedures on Reporting via Technology Act)
- All federal, state, and international child protection laws
8. Reporting Mechanism and User Obligations
In-App Reporting: We provide accessible reporting tools for users to report violations, including:
- In-app reporting feature on every profile and piece of content

User Reporting Obligations: If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our child safety policies, you must:
- Report it immediately through our in-app reporting mechanism
- Not share, forward, or distribute the content
- Not engage with the user who posted the content
- Preserve any evidence if requested by law enforcement
Report Processing: All reports are:
- Reviewed promptly by our Child Safety Team
- Investigated thoroughly and confidentially
- Acted upon in accordance with our policies and applicable laws
- Reported to appropriate authorities when required
9. Child Safety Point of Contact

10. Compliance with Child Safety Laws and Regulations
Blinkcraft commits to full compliance with all applicable child safety laws, including:
- 18 U.S.C. Chapter 110 (Sexual Exploitation and Other Abuse of Children)
- The REPORT Act
- The Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Authorization Act of 2017
- International child protection laws and regulations
- Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Child Safety Standards Policy
- All federal, state, local, and international laws regarding child safety
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our App without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including (but not limited to):
- Breaches of these Terms
- Violations of our Child Safety policies
- Suspicious or illegal activity
- Requests from law enforcement
- Threats to user safety
13. Modifications to Terms
Blinkcraft may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the App post-modifications will indicate your acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be governed by the laws of the country in which Blinkcraft operates, regardless of its conflict of law provisions.
15. Limitation of Liability
Blinkcraft, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages that result from the use or inability to use the App. However, this limitation does not affect our obligations to report illegal activity or cooperate with law enforcement.
16. Feedback
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide is entirely voluntary, and we are free to use such feedback as we see fit without any obligation to you.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By using Meet People Video Dating Apps by Blinkcraft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all child safety policies and reporting obligations. You understand that violations of these Terms, particularly those related to child safety, may result in criminal prosecution.
